The materials processed by the template shredder mainly include waste construction templates, wooden pallets, containers, packaging boxes, and other types of discarded wood. These woods inevitably contain nails; using a conventional wood chipper to process them would damage the machine’s blades. However, the template shredder effectively avoids this problem and is completely unfazed by nails found on bamboo plywood or cargo pallets at construction sites. It’s the ideal choice for professionally shredding bamboo plywood, used construction templates, wooden pallets, and other similar materials.

The finished material produced by the template crusher is roughly the size of a matchstick. Due to the large size of the raw materials, we use thickened screening mesh (14 mm), and the smallest hole diameter that can be processed is 22 mm. As a result, the finished material is somewhat oversized—this constitutes coarse crushing. The hourly output ranges from about 3 to 5 tons. This equipment is widely suitable for use in waste template processing plants, bamboo plywood factories, man-made board plants, composite board plants, power plant boiler fuel combustion, as well as individual wood processing workshops.
The template crusher can also grind materials into pieces approximately 5 to 8 centimeters in size. It uses all-steel flying knives or ingot-shaped hammer heads. This equipment is highly adaptable to a wide range of raw materials, boasts high output—around 10 to 15 tons per hour—and the processed templates can be used as fuel in biomass power plants.
Don’t worry—our country strongly supports the development of new energy sources, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises involved in producing straw-based carbon and mechanical charcoal. Moreover, manufacturers of engineered wood panels, particleboard plants, paper mills, and bio-power plants all need these raw materials. Nowadays, there are specialized companies that purchase waste materials such as used laminated boards and bamboo plywood. These companies then buy template shredders and plywood shredding equipment to process the waste into sawdust-like particles, which they subsequently sell to enterprises like engineered wood panel factories, bio-power plants, and mechanical charcoal plants.
