 Straw crusher

The crushing chamber of the straw shredder is equipped with automatic teeth that can automatically shred straw, cotton stalks, crop residues, branches, seedlings, grass, and other materials. It boasts high crushing output and a wide range of applicable materials, making it a multi-functional shredder.

  Functional advantages of straw crushers

  (1) The crushing range is broad, covering sawdust, wood shavings, branches, wood chips, as well as various crop stalks—including corn stalks, cotton stalks, rice husks, peanut shells, sweet potato vines, cereal stalks, and wheat straw.

  (2) Product advantages: low power consumption, high output, straw crushing powder remains unaffected by heat and does not change color; simple structure, easy operation—can be operated by a single person; wide processing range.

  (3) It has a wide range of applications and is suitable for the crushing and processing of crop straw. Straw is rich in nutrients; after being crushed, it can be used by cultivated plants to produce silage, ammoniation feed, micro-silage, or pelletized straw feed. Additionally, it can be processed into energy-efficient and environmentally friendly pellet fuel through briquetting, which can then be used by power plants.

   Straw crusher Instructions for use

  1. First, select the installation location for the power unit. Once the operating position is chosen, ensure that the shredder is installed firmly and reliably.

  2. Check whether all screws and connectors are loose, then perform a 3- to 5-minute dynamic no-load trial run. If no abnormalities are detected, proceed with formal operation.

  3. If using electricity as the power source, you must hire a qualified electrician to properly arrange the wiring. Electrical wiring and equipment should be standardized and neatly maintained; unauthorized installation or use is strictly prohibited.

  4. About 10 days after the coal mill is put into operation, the cover should be opened to inspect the rotor, hammerheads, and other moving parts, tighten connections and screws, and check whether the bearings are properly lubricated. If any sticking or rubbing is observed, it should be addressed promptly. Handle

  5. Operators are prohibited from wearing gloves while operating the machine. When feeding materials, stand to the side of the crusher to avoid facial injuries caused by rebounding debris. When crushing long-stem crops, do not grip them too tightly to prevent accidents.

  6. During operation, closely monitor the operating conditions of the coal mill. If you notice any vibration, unusual noises, excessively high temperatures in bearings or components, or material spraying outward, immediately cut off the power supply and stop the machine for inspection. You may resume operation only after the fault has been rectified.

  7. If blockage or overload occurs, immediately stop the machine. Do not forcibly feed materials using sticks or your hands to avoid injury to your arms and damage to the machine. After each shift change, inspect and maintain the equipment to ensure that the operating unit is always in good condition.

Through the above introduction, we should have gained an understanding of... Straw crusher Its uses, functional advantages, and operating methods. In addition to what has been introduced above, the straw shredder also features high-carbon alloy steel blades and a high-speed, powerful-air-suction crushing system, ensuring stable performance, durability, and excellent crushing results.
