To guarantee reliable operation under safe conditions, any looseness in the pulley assemblies is an area we must closely monitor.

The amount of oil to be added can vary—either more or less—as long as the quantity added does not exceed what can be discharged, as indicated by the level in the lubrication cup. 3. The speed ratio of the stump crusher does not need to be adjusted blindly. Customers do not need to replace the motor; instead, they can increase the clamping ring diameter to reduce the equipment’s speed ratio. In actual applications, we recommend that the speed ratio and any additional adjustments should not exceed 12%. Otherwise, not only will it be difficult to boost equipment output, but it could also seriously compromise the equipment’s service life.
4. Do not disassemble or reassemble the CNC blades and other internal components of the equipment at will, as carelessness could lead to new, common malfunctions. After an abnormality occurs in the wood chipper, even if you’ve already contacted professional technicians, you should still take care to avoid causing irreversible harm to employees.
5. After the stump crusher has completed its safe operation, promptly clean up any remaining raw materials and check the condition of the CNC blades and all screws to prevent common malfunctions during subsequent startup.
