What is an introduction to wood debarking machines? Let’s take a look together below. A tree-barking machine, also known as a wood debarker, is one of the products in the series of wood-processing machinery. A wood debarker mainly consists of a feeding device, a discharging device, blades, a transmission system, and a lathe, among other components. The key features of wood debarkers include: 1. They employ four-sided cutting blades, which are easy to use and cost-effective.
Wood peeling machine What is its introduction? Let’s take a look together below. The bark-peeling machine, also known as a wood-barking machine, is one of the products in the series of wood-processing machinery. A wood-barking machine mainly consists of a feeding device, a discharging device, blades, a transmission system, and a lathe, among other components. The key features of the wood-barking machine are as follows: 1. It uses four-sided cutting blades, which are convenient to operate and low in cost. 2. Blade pressure adjustment is controlled hydraulically, featuring an advanced structure and reliable performance. 3. The feed mechanism adopts stepless speed variation, delivering excellent peeling results even on difficult-to-peel species such as frozen materials, bent materials, eucalyptus, oak, and elm trees. 4. It boasts a high-quality skin surface, high productivity, and minimal damage to the wood.

Working principle of the wood debarking machine: Place logs, branches, and other timber into the drum, close the feed gate, and start the machine. The machine runs clockwise, and as it turns, the rotating blades strip the bark off the wood. After 15 minutes, turn off the machine, open the discharge gate, restart the machine, and run it counterclockwise for two minutes. The debarked wood will then be automatically discharged from the drum. The debarking efficiency can reach up to 95%. Application scope of the wood debarking machine: This machine is suitable for debarking freshly cut coniferous wood and some hardwood species. It can also be used for partially frozen and dried wood.
Working principle of the wood peeling machine: 1. The peeling machine uses an open-storage design, operating as a continuous-flow line with material discharge at one end. This overcomes the drawbacks of traditional drum peeling machines, such as power failures, material supply issues, and inefficient segmentation methods, resulting in higher operational efficiency. 2. Due to the interaction between the teeth and the wood blocks, the wood blocks not only circulate within the machine’s housing but also rotate around their own axes, thereby achieving high peeling efficiency. This makes it particularly effective for species that are difficult to peel, such as eucalyptus and poplar, with a peeling purity rate exceeding 95%. 3. The wood peeling machine demonstrates strong adaptability to various types of wood, including different tree species and diameters. Wood peeling machine The manufacturer’s wood blocks, which are peeled using a combination of length and shape, exhibit irregular fluctuations during rotation. As a result, even the concave sections of curved logs can maintain excellent contact with the peeling teeth. Consequently, the net peeling efficiency for curved logs is significantly higher than that of other drum-type peelers. 4. The wood peeling machine features a robust, fixed housing that consumes little energy, has a low failure rate, requires minimal maintenance, and generates vibrations and noise levels far lower than those of drum peelers. This wood peeling machine can be operated directly on the ground, making it highly convenient to use even without the need for mounting brackets.
What are the essential operational precautions for wood debarking machines? Let’s take a look together below.
1. To fully harness the performance of the peeling process, there must be at least two staff members involved.
2. The materials must not contain objects such as iron or stones.
3. During the peeling process, the material feed rate should be adjusted appropriately. If the feed rate is too high, the machine is prone to overload and stop; however, if the feed rate is too low, it will affect cutting efficiency.
4. If the dehydrator becomes clogged with material during operation, be careful not to use your hands or iron rods to forcibly feed the material. In this case, you need to turn off the machine and remove the mold from the dehydrator.
5. Wood peeling machine When the wire stripper is running, if you notice any abnormalities or hear unusual sounds, immediately turn off the machine and inspect it. During inspection, be sure to disconnect the power supply; never attempt to troubleshoot while the wire stripper is still running. 6. It is necessary to regularly lubricate all lubrication points on the wire stripper.
7. After the peeler stops working, first let the machine run empty for two minutes to remove any dust and weeds inside, then turn off the power.
