The straw shredder features a reasonably designed structure, high efficiency, compactness, an aesthetically pleasing appearance with smooth lines, convenient and quick replacement of wear parts, enhanced safety, low consumption of wear parts, and low operating costs. The machine is equipped with a housing mounted on the upper part of a trailer; a water tank is installed on the top of the housing, and guide rollers are mounted on the support frame of the material-guiding mechanism.

The feed hopper is connected to the guide roller. On the inner side of the guide roller is mounted a chopping bottom blade assembly along with its blade holder assembly. Above the gearbox housing is installed a kneading assembly, which is connected to the guide roller via a chain. The guide roller is linked to a drive belt pulley, and the drive belt pulley is connected via a conveyor belt to a tension pulley. The pusher is mounted on the transmission shaft of the gearbox.
The blade holder pulley is mounted on the main shaft of the blade holder assembly. The water tank is connected to the lower water hopper, which in turn communicates with the upper part of the auger. The auger’s discharge end is equipped with a discharge nozzle. The gear-speed reduction assembly is connected to the motor. This utility model features a novel and unique structure that integrates chopping, kneading, and bagging into one compact unit.
