3. During transportation and installation, the star-type discharger should be kept stable and protected from collisions to prevent damage such as cracking or deformation of the housing.
4. Before leaving the factory, this unit has been fully lubricated with No. 00 grease in the gearbox and lithium-based grease in the ash-discharge valve. Within 6 to 10 months after the unit is put into operation, the transmission and bearing components should be replenished with or replaced by fresh grease. If the ambient temperature is high, the environment is humid, or there is excessive dust in the air, the interval for grease replacement should be shortened accordingly.
5. During use, if the equipment exhibits phenomena such as air leakage or dust leakage along the axial direction, simply tighten the pressure cover.
6. During operation, avoid overloading the equipment due to large particle size and strong adhesion of materials, or equipment jamming caused by foreign objects left behind in the dust collector, which could lead to motor short circuits and damage to the equipment. Users are advised to conduct timely inspections and install overload protection devices.
