Introduction to the Composition and Crushing Principle of a Comprehensive Crusher

Release time:

2022-03-16

The main shaft of the integrated crusher is driven at high speed by an electric motor, enabling the machine to generate intense impact, compression, cutting, and friction forces on the materials being crushed, making it particularly effective for breaking fibrous materials. The structure and crushing principle of the integrated crusher are as follows: The integrated crusher consists of three main components—the body, the middle section, and the lower section—comprising a grass-cutting machine and an integrated crusher. The machine is equipped with a fan, a dust collector, and a grinding chamber that features seven-type blades, one-type blades, and centrifugal blades, allowing for coarse grinding, fine grinding, and centrifugal re-grinding.

The main shaft of the integrated crusher is driven at high speed by an electric motor, enabling the machine to generate intense impact, compression, cutting, and friction forces on the materials being crushed, making it particularly effective for breaking fibrous materials. The structure and crushing principle of the integrated crusher are as follows: The integrated crusher consists of three main components—the body, the middle section, and the lower section—comprising a grass cutter and an integrated crusher. The machine is equipped with a fan, a dust collector, and a grinding chamber that features seven-type blades, one-type blades, and centrifugal blades, allowing for coarse grinding, fine grinding, and centrifugal re-grinding.

During the cutting and crushing of the three types of blades, the rotor generates a high-speed airflow that rotates along with the blade direction. The material is accelerated and repeatedly subjected to impact and friction against the cutting airflow. At the same time, the airflow carries the crushed material into the analyzer for analysis. Due to the centrifugal force exerted by the analyzer’s rotor, when the centrifugal force exceeds the centripetal force, fine particles are carried by the airflow into the collector, while coarse particles are directed into the centrifugal recrushing chamber for further crushing—this process continues until the desired fineness is achieved.

If the smoothness of the integral crusher blades is poor, or if the blades become heavily fouled due to the grinding of viscous materials in the integral crusher, the blades will also become dull. If we encounter such a situation, we should first remove the debris from the blades and then recondition the blades to ensure they are smooth again. When the wear on the integral crusher blades is minor, the dull blades should be removed and thoroughly cleaned. After cleaning, they can proceed to the grinding stage. The final step is to reinstall the refurbished integral crusher blades. A friendly reminder: Once the integral crusher blades have been installed on the integral crusher, lubrication should be applied immediately.
