The Pengfuda 1600-600 biomass comprehensive shredder can process materials such as wood with nails, wooden pallets, used formwork from construction sites, wooden racks, tree stumps, old furniture, branches, logs, formwork waste, demolition debris from buildings, doors and windows, and more. The shredded materials can be used in biomass power plants, as fuel, or for firewood—serving as biomass fuel.
It can also be used as a primary raw material for biomass pellets, engineered wood panels, mechanical charcoal, organic fertilizers, and more. It’s an essential raw material for industries such as power plants, biomass pellet factories, and engineered wood panel manufacturers. Additionally, it’s equipment required in landscaping and greening projects. This equipment operates without the need for foundations—simply place it on the ground and start working immediately. Powered by a single motor, it not only saves energy but also reduces electricity consumption.
The integrated shredder is a new-generation wood and straw shredding equipment developed by our company. It features two types of rotors—hammer-type or cutting-type—and its output is 1 to 2 times higher than that of conventional wood shredders. The hammer-type rotor effectively prevents damage to the equipment caused by nails on templates and pallets, while the cutting-type rotor delivers excellent crushing performance for wood materials with relatively large diameters and is also an excellent choice for silage production.
The integrated crusher equipment uses a grab loader for feeding, making it suitable for processing various types of biomass fuels such as wood templates, straw, and branches—materials commonly used in bio-power plants. One major advantage of this equipment is its high feed inlet, which allows for automated feeding by a grab loader (thus saving labor). Additionally, the equipment can be operated via remote control as per user requirements, and it can even be equipped with an automatic feed start-and-stop function. Specifically, when the main motor’s load increases, the feed system will automatically start and stop, significantly reducing labor costs. The integrated crusher primarily relies on impact energy to crush wood materials. During operation, the hammer-type integrated crusher’s rotor is driven by an electric motor to rotate at high speed. Wood materials are fed evenly into the crusher chamber, where they are crushed by the high-speed rotating hammers. At the same time, due to the force of gravity, the wood is propelled from the high-speed rotating hammers toward the internal baffles and screen bars within the machine frame. At the lower part of the rotor, a screening plate is installed; particles smaller than the screen hole size pass through the screening plate and are discharged, while wood pieces larger than the screen hole size remain on the screening plate, continuing to be struck and ground by the hammers.
