Main configuration parameters

1. Feeding System

Wood chip feeding: Double screw conveyor + conveyor belt
Wet material feeding: four screw conveyors + steel wire conveyor belt, equipped with a reinforced iron remover.
Key features: Wear-resistant blades, folded-edge design, stable conveyance.

2. Heat source system

Power configuration: Primary air 7.5 kW + Secondary air 5.5 kW + Feed/Slag Pushing/Heating pump combined power 12 kW
Key materials: Double-layer furnace body, 12mm thick; flame nozzle made of 310S stainless steel (12mm).
Key features: Steel fiber castable molding, alloy steel grate, high-temperature and corrosion resistance.

3. Drying core

Drying cylinder: Outer diameter 2.5 m × Length ≥ 24 m, main drive power 37 kW (including heavy-duty gearbox).
Customized components: 2 sets of thickened aperture rings, 1 set of thickened gear rings, and a forged support roller base (mining-grade standard).
Buffer Design: Non-powered explosion-proof buffer chamber, safe and reliable.

4. Discharge and Environmental Protection

Discharge configuration: Primary discharge (airlock + cyclone) + Secondary discharge (double cyclone + airlock)
Power System: 160kW variable-frequency discharge fan, featuring efficient and adjustable conveying.
Dust removal device: 3-meter standard water curtain dust removal system, complete with carbon steel pipes and flanges.

Control method: Split-type intelligent electrical control cabinet, PLC-based variable-frequency control.
