This device features belt feeding and chain-plate feeding. 2 This equipment uses a grab loader for feeding, making it suitable for handling various biomass fuels such as wood chips, straw, and branches—ideal for bioenergy plants. One of the key advantages of this equipment is its high feed inlet, which allows for automated feeding via a grab loader (thus saving labor). Additionally, the equipment can be operated remotely via a remote control as per user requirements, or equipped with an automatic feed start-and-stop function. Specifically, when the main motor’s load increases, the feed system will automatically start and stop, significantly reducing the need for manual intervention.
It is recommended that the customer’s raw materials be primarily template-based, and the knife roller structure adopt a hammer-type design. ( A crushed alloy hammerhead can be used. If the raw materials are relatively mixed—meaning they consist of a wide variety of types, such as numerous tree stumps, branches, scrap materials, straw, and the like—it is recommended to adopt a flying-knife blade arrangement for the knife roller structure.
