Working principle

After the disc-type root crusher is started, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, while the feeding hopper rotates slowly under the drive of a dedicated motor. Materials are fed into the hopper via a grabber. As the hopper rotates, the internal wall’s material-feeding teeth evenly distribute the materials onto the high-speed rotating rotor. The materials are then subjected to initial crushing through cutting and tearing action by the blades. Under the combined effects of gravity and the rotor’s impact force, the crushed materials fall onto a screen. Materials that meet the required particle size specifications pass through the screen and are discharged, while those that do not meet the standards continue to undergo secondary and tertiary cycles of crushing within the crushing chamber until they finally satisfy the output criteria.
