The machine can shred materials containing nails and simultaneously separate the nails from the material, thereby eliminating the hassle of removing nails manually.
Working principle:
This machine is equipped with an automatic feeding system: raw materials are fed via a chain plate conveyor → automatically fed → crushed by the pressure rollers → further crushed by hammer blades and hammers in the crushing chamber → filtered through a screen mesh → conveyed by a material transport device → transferred via a belt conveyor → subjected to iron removal → and finally discharged as finished product.
