The wood chip shaking screen is a specialized piece of equipment designed for sorting wood chips. It is suitable for use in wood chip production plants, paper mills, particleboard factories, and fiberboard factories. When used in conjunction with a chipper, it separates qualified wood chips from those produced by the chipping machine. The size of the wood chips can be precisely controlled by simply replacing the screen mesh with one of different aperture sizes. This equipment is ideally suited for small- and medium-sized board production lines.
The entire machine uses a crank-link mechanism to drive the screen frame in a horizontal reciprocating motion. As the material vibrates and slides downward, large pieces and small fragments are separated from the qualified material. This machine is designed for use in conjunction with wood chip mills, bamboo chip mills, paper mills, particleboard plants, fiber plants, as well as chippers and bamboo-cutting machines.
Wood chips and bamboo chips can be controlled by replacing the upper and middle sieves with different aperture sizes.
